This Policy governs how the VoiceKit service (the "Service") processes and protects the personal data of its users. By using the Service, you confirm that you accept this Policy.

2. Data we process

  • Account data — email address, name (optional), and password (stored only as a hash).
  • Technical data — IP address, browser details (User-Agent), and API request logs.
  • Usage data — volume of synthesized characters, transcription minutes, and analysis requests within your plan.
  • Uploaded audio — files sent for transcription and analysis; processed automatically.
  • Payment data — processed by the payment provider; the Service does not store full card details.

3. Purposes of processing

  • providing access to the Service and its features;
  • user identification and account protection;
  • usage metering and billing;
  • quality improvement and debugging;
  • compliance with legal requirements.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on the agreement with the user (Terms of Service), the user's consent, and the Operator's legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure and stable.

5. Third-party disclosure

Data may be shared with infrastructure and hosting providers, with the payment provider to process payments, and with public authorities where required by law. Disclosure is limited to the minimum necessary.

6. Storage and security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords and API keys, and access controls. Data is stored on servers according to the selected infrastructure.

7. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses cookies and browser local storage for authentication and theme preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may then become unavailable.

8. Retention

Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Logs and usage data are kept for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Your rights

The Operator may update this Policy. The new version takes effect once published on this page.
