Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of information that the User provides when using the Voice kit API service (the "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms their acceptance of the Policy. If the User does not agree with its terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Information we collect

2.1. The Service may collect the following types of data:

  • account identifiers (email address, name – optional; the password is stored only as a hash);
  • technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system details, and API request logs);
  • interaction history with the Service (volume of synthesized characters, transcription minutes, and analysis requests within your plan);
  • uploaded audio (files sent for transcription and analysis; processed automatically).

2.2. The Service does not require the User to provide passport details, documents, photos, or other personal information beyond what is minimally necessary for operation. Payment data is processed by payment providers; the Service does not store full card details.

3. Use of information

3.1. The Service may use the collected information solely for:

  • ensuring the operation of the Service's features;
  • user identification and account protection;
  • communicating with the User (including notifications and support);
  • usage metering and billing;
  • analyzing and improving the Service;
  • compliance with legal requirements.

4. Disclosure to third parties

4.1. The Administration does not disclose the collected data to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • where required by law;
  • where necessary to fulfill obligations to the User (for example, when working with payment systems and infrastructure or hosting providers);
  • where the User has given their consent.

5. Data storage and protection

5.1. Data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. Account data is kept until the account is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

5.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data: encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords and API keys, and access controls. At the same time, the Administration does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always involves risks.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for the loss, theft, or disclosure of data if it occurred through the fault of third parties or the User themselves.

7. Changes to the Policy

7.1. The Administration may change the terms of the Policy without prior notice.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
