"Service" — the VoiceKit software platform providing speech synthesis, transcription, and audio analysis APIs. "Operator" — the party providing services through the Service. "User" — a person registered with the Service. "API key" — a unique identifier used to authorize requests.
The Operator provides the User with access to the Service's features according to the chosen plan; the User agrees to comply with these Terms and to pay for services when a paid plan is selected.
Registering with the Service or starting to use the API constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
To use the Service you must register with a valid email address. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and API key, and for all actions performed with them.
It is prohibited to: violate the law, share the API key with third parties (unless the plan allows it), bypass plan limits, attack the Service's infrastructure, or use the Service to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
The Service's software and design belong to the Operator. Processing results (synthesized speech, transcriptions) are used by the User on lawful grounds within the limits permitted by law and third-party rights.
The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect losses unless required by law. The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.
The User may stop using the Service and delete their account. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the law, or discontinue the services with reasonable notice.
The Operator may change these Terms. The new version is published on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator's country. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the Operator's location.
