Effective: September 9, 2026
1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the Voice kit API online service (the "Service") provided by the Administration. The Service provides speech synthesis, transcription, and audio analysis APIs.
1.2. By using the Service, including registering, paying for services, or gaining access to materials, the User confirms that they have fully read and accept the terms of this Agreement in their entirety.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Service.
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital services, including but not limited to: speech synthesis, audio transcription, sentiment analysis, and other service functions via the API.
2.2. Results provided through the Service may include: generated audio recordings; transcriptions with timestamps; analytical reports and structured data.
2.3. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service's offerings lies in automated data processing, model quality, presentation, maintenance, support, and updates.
2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness or exclusivity of individual processing results.
3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee: that the Service meets the User's expectations; the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional, or other results; uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for: any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits; consequences of the User's use of the results obtained; acts or omissions of third parties; temporary technical failures and access restrictions.
3.4. All decisions regarding the use of processing results are made by the User independently and at their own risk.
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service solely within the framework of applicable law and third-party rules, not to share the API key with third parties, not to bypass plan limits, and not to use the Service to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
4.3. The User bears full responsibility for the lawful use of the Service's materials and services.
5.1. The Service's software and design are protected by intellectual property law.
5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties, or otherwise use the Service's software and materials without the right holder's permission.
5.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in restricted access to the Service without compensation.
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of: a violation of this Agreement; detected abuse; requirements of law or payment providers.
6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from previously incurred obligations.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create elevated risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7.1. Payment for services is made on the terms specified in the Service (the "Pricing" section) prior to payment.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital services, refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except as specified below.
7.3. A refund is possible only if: the service was not provided due to the Service's technical fault; access to the service was not actually provided.
7.4. To request a refund, the User must contact the support team within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. The refund decision is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
7.6. The User confirms that they will not initiate a payment refund (chargeback) through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support team.
8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum necessary technical data to operate the Service. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of the transmitted information.
9.1. The Administration may make changes to this Agreement.
9.2. The current version of the Agreement is published in the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated terms.
